Roll Neck Bearings
Roll neck bearings are a type of cylindrical roller bearing. They are available in many configurations, including multiple outer race designs. They also come in different designs for inner races. They can be interchanged, and most are supplied with a C4 Internal Radial Clearance and P5 Accuracy.
Heavy loads
Roll neck bearings are designed for heavy loads in the radial direction but are very light in the axial direction. These bearings rely on the available mounting space to support the radial forces. A patented Super-TF bearing steel from NSK is the key to their increased performance. Developed in response to research on bearing life, Super-TF addresses a major issue of premature bearing failure in large equipment: contaminated or insufficient lubrication.
