Three row cylindrical roller slewing bearing main structure characteristics: two rows of cylindrical rollers are laid horizontally around the circumference mainly to bear high axial load and upsetting moment; and one row of cylindrical rollers are laid vertically mainly for the upsetting moment-induced radial component force and rotation alignment. The bearing's loading capacity is very high. It is widely used for heavy-duty machines such as large hoisting equipment, tunnel boring machine, and direct-drive wind generator main shaft. Application case: the triple-row roller slewing bearing 939729901 developed by CHG, OD is 4.4m and weight is 11ton, is used in a large on-board crane.
