You can perform slewing bearing installation by using a seat, a suspended or vertical mounting plane. The erection support structure should be designed to meet the specifications. Make sure that there are no metal chips or weld grains on the mounting surface. You should also use structural adhesive to limit the relative displacement between the bearing and its supports. Once the slewing bearing is installed, you should make sure that the fitting plane is flat and free of excess material.

When installing a slewing bearing, the mounting bolts should be tightened in a star-shaped cross pattern. Make sure that the bolts are properly machined. The bolts should be pre-tightened to 70% of their yield strength. Be sure to keep in mind that spring washers are strictly prohibited.
